NAME
kbin – external keyboard input |
SYNOPSIS
bind –a #Ι /dev /dev/kbin |
DESCRIPTION
The kbin device is a PC driver that serves a one–level directory
containing a single file, kbin, which can be used to send keyboard
scan codes to the kernel.
Kbin is necessary for usb(4) drivers that handle keyboards. Keyboard
input is processed as described in cons(3). The scan codes correspond
to the PC keyboard used by the cons(3) driver and can be translated
by the kbmap(3) device. |
