I keep track of my bank transactions in an ndb(6)-like database.
This programme finds the difference of the balance between
two transactions.

Each transaction has a sequential attribute named ‘record’.

‘diff’ is the effect of the transation.  A negative value is a
withdrawl, while a positive value is a deposit.
