This patch depends on acme-enable-menu-via-ctl .
It includes patch acme-wiki-fix-dirtystate .

It adds enabling of the automagic Undo/Redo/Put in the tag
using the acme 'menu' ctl added by acme-enable-menu-via-ctl
(in addition to what acme-wiki-fix-dirtystate already did).
